Hey, me and the misses were talking and wondering how many different workout styles (bodybuilding, hyrox, powerlifting etc) people are using for there transformation.
Thought it could be interesting to share how many different ways there is to get the work done or if there will be a consensus approach
We workout together, both doing our fasted cardio in the morning then follow our own 6 day split in the gym in the evening, kinda bodybuilding style

We take our doggy for 2/3 walks a day to get the steps in .
I’m not so regimented/organised - maybe I should be…
I like doing weights and a bit of cardio in the gym 3-4 days a week but I definitely believe in complementing that with other stuff such as Pilates (core strength, joint mobilisation, balance), Yoga (flexibility, breath work, relaxation) and Zumba (not for the cardio, which is great but for the joy of it - it lifts my spirits and gives me a big smile every time!).
And walks outside of course, nothing like fresh air and appreciating Mother Nature
Based on Jay Culter’s book, I do a 5-day split, I’ve changed a bit to suit the small gym I go to.
And one day a week, I do 30 minutes of boxing pad work. Since starting the challenge I’ve doubled my steps per day, hard for me working remotely and not moving much during the day. I’ve also added an Abs workout to the end of my workout every other workout.

Think I saw somewhere is gonna be march 15th? Could be wrong, haven’t seen anything about who’s doing the main show. Arnold Columbus looking like a sick line up this year.
Yeah, normally in March, but nothing has been announced for the UK this year, rumoured to be September onwards. Bucket list item for me to go to the one in Columbus.
I do a 30 min walk in the morning
30 min Afternoon walk if I can
10 min on tread mill before weight training.
Gym routine is Push , Pull , Legs, Rest , repeat ,
