Did upper body today. First time doing supersets which was interesting! Luckily my gym is pretty quiet first thing. Focusing on lower weights and higher reps, and just really controlling the movement rather than chasing the reps. Followed by 45 mins treadmill walking. The workout plan I’m on has only 2 x 20 min cardio per week, which seems quite low, so I’m adding walking to the other days

Upper body and stairmaster for me today! Enjoyed listening to Peter Attia on the High Performance podcast about what fitness and diet should look like after 30! An interesting listen!

I would be aiming for between 8000-10,000k steps wherever possible

Today I’ve done a full body workout and a yoga class, slightly short of 8k in the step department. Might go run up and down the stairs :running_shoe::flexed_biceps:t2:

Did my lower body session today, quads are killing me already  I swear that I’m doing roughly the same exercises as I normally do but lowering the weight and upping the reps makes it feel harder!

Hope everyone else has a good sesh today
