Weekly training Split

Start my day with 45 mins inclined walk on the treadmill. Incline 5 speed 5.5kph.

Breakfast. Load up on fuel for the weight session to follow.

PUSH, PULL, LEGS, REST, UPPER, LOWER, REST.

Hitting this split and steps consistently hitting between 10 minimum and anything up to 20k steps a day dependant on how the day pans out.

3litres sometimes as much as 4 made easy with the 1.5litre Per4m bottle. Loaded with hydration powder in the first bottle and creatine and EAAs in the 2nd.

Lets get it. Very interested to see my results at the end of the 12 weeks.

I have to be flexible with the days I go but since the start of the challenge I’ve been going to the gym 3x a week and running 4 times a week.

For the first time I’ve tried going to the gym before work and love how it makes me feel for the rest of the day!

I am feeling really good and even managed to get a 5k pb on Saturday for the first time in over 5 years!! I think the added strength training and increased protein is improving my running fitness too! Which I love

Well done everyone, we are doing it!
