Weekly challenges

My current training split is

Monday - Chest, shoulders and triceps

Tuesday - Back and hamstrings

Wednesday - cardio (stairmaster 30mins)

Thursday - push and quads

Friday - Pull

Saturday - cardio (stairmaster) 30 mins

Sunday - cardio (stairmaster) 30 mins

Staying really consistent with training nutrition cardio and most importantly getting good quality sleep.

Scale weight is currently 80.45kg which is a 6.1kg drop in 3 weeks!
