What to use to structure the meal plan?

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone’s well and looking forward to the next 12 weeks :flexed_biceps:

I’m just curious on what people use to track their diet? Obviously the meal plan we receive is generic so once you work out your macros, you need to tweak it to suit your overall calories. It’s my biggest weakness so I know if I can nail this from the start then it’s a huge win in itself

Thank you

Hi Sam

I use myfitnesspal of the app store

You can log and track all food and drink in there

Good luck for the next 12 week

Brilliant, thank you. I’ll give that a go and see how I get on. Good luck mate :flexed_biceps:

Some of the meals im eating on a daily basis. And logging my intake on my fitness pal. Hitting or staying slightly under my target calories.

Nice one mate, appreciate you sharing that :flexed_biceps: What’s your goal if you don’t mind me asking? Also what sauce do you have on that first bowl of yoghurt and fruit, looks amazing haha

Hi mate. Thanks. Im cutting back some fat to get lean whilst still lifting heavy. So ive calculated my maintence calories and applied a god deficit of around 500 to 600 calories.

The first yoghurt bowl is 0%fat Greek yoghurt with a scoop of whey mixed in with blue berries and whole earth drizzle peanut butter for good fats. . The messier looking bowl is cream of rice with a whey drip and strawberries.

Morning mate, that is a good deficit :flexed_biceps: I hope you’re smashing your goals mate :+1:

Nice, I’m definitely going to invest in some of that peanut butter drizzle, it’s a good addition. I keep meaning to try the cream of rice, I always hear good things about it. Is it high in protein or just carbs?

Clean easily digested carbs mate. But add whey drip to it and PB drizzle and berries for the ultimate bowl just track the macros n make it fit.

25g scoop of cream of rice offers around 20g of carbs its elite
