Day 1. Week 1. (2026 repost)

Still waiting on my bundle being delivered, only signed up on the 1st so hopefully its here tomorrow. Had my breakfast, as much as I can without the bundle anyway and get hydrating. Hows everyone else finding it?

Might need to buy some protein powder in the meantime. Had my first breakfast of the challenge. 70g Raspberries and 200g Greek Yoghurt. It’ll be snack time soon.

Ive also got my gym induction booked in for this evening, after that I’ll do my first upper session.

Im late for my gym induction so im hoping she can show me round after shes done. If not, I’ll figure it out myself and book another one another time :man_shrugging:

Skipped lunch cause by the time I got back it would have been well too late to eat it and go. Mrs used the chicken I planned on using for today last night :sob:

Good effort, I go the gym in the mornings, have a rice cake on the way and a pint of water, then after the gym I have my overnight oats which is 40g oats, little bit of milk to soften them, sprinkle of chia seeds, 150g 0% Greek yoghurt, 50g of berries and 8-10g of dark chocolate chips and it’s beautiful. Good mix of protein and carbs and comes in under 400kcals. Good luck in the coming weeks!

Haha my legs are still hurting from 3 days ago :see_no_evil_monkey:

Did deadlifts yesterday so no doubt the DOMs will be in full effect later!

What you using to track your workouts? Hevy is a great app its free but I pay the 3 quid a month and its great keeps track of what you’ve lifted etc

Sign of a good workout dude :joy:

Haha no doubt mate, I love deadlifts :flexed_biceps:

I have used hevy before actually, it’s easy to use as well, sometimes workout logs are just too busy. I’m currently just writing it down, got myself a little log book, figured I’d try that out for this challenge.
