I don’t struggle with this, I don’t actually meal prep unless I’m going out for the day I’ll prep the morning of and that’s it but that is because I find it hard to stick to the same foods day In day out apart from breakfast, what I do actually do is weigh all my food and that’s just part of daily life now! macros sorted and food prepped for the day. Working late today (my schedule varies as I’m self employed) and then straight to the gym after!
Curious - I have seen some very low daily calorie intakes. I lost 20kg in 2024 on this calorie intake. I’m 35 and have an active job.
What’s your tier, goal and calorie intake?
Will need to check macros when I get home, but baked potatoes with tuna, Greek yogurt, gerkins, jalapeño and chilli flakes. Definitely will be drinking enough, way too much chilli flakes hahaha

Pretty much the same most days although today I opted for a protein wrap at lunch instead of Wholemeal toast - but basically boiled eggs with salad bits and a small amount of carbs. Then a snack later in the day.
Tonight fajitas on the menu so plenty of chicken and maybe a few sweet potato fries - yum!!
Turns out the tuna potato lunch was lighter than breakfast. Both kept me going until dinner at 6, did top myself up with a double scooping a Fried Chicken and waffles

So breakfast has been the same for about 3 weeks now, over night oats, 0% greek yogurt, maple syrup, dried banana and pecans…almost like a pecan plait and a banana with Salted Caramel Per4m protein shake
Yesterdays total with dinner, left over Sheppards Pie
today’s macros. I also love to eat my protein powder with a spoon. Favourite flavour currently is cookies and cream ![]()
