2 months of calorie deficit whilst training most days has been tough, but kind of used to it now….for me being held to account with before/after photos really helps with the determination element.
Much of the same for last 4 weeks, just trying hard to avoid a chocolate wobble ![]()
Yeah, the food noise around a few snacks is certainly getting louder.
The constraint to just have a few pieces rather than the full bar is being tested ![]()
I’m going to push my steps, I’ve been increasing them slowly whilst focusing on training and cardio consistently as didn’t want to play al my cards at once.
I’m around the 7/8000 daily mark so going to aim for 10,000 a day!!

Can’t reduce the cals further so the activity has to increase for me to create the deficit. Around 6-7kg down now so less wiggle room now.
