Rest day = cardio day
Short and sweet
30mins on treadmill at speed 3.5mph at incline 15.0.
Then onto the stair climber for 10mins,
Level 5 for 3mins
Level 6 for 2 mins
Level 7 for 2 mins
Level 8 for 2 mins
Level 10 for 1 min.

Then tomorrow is a full rest day, ready to start new programme on Monday.

Rest day, on standby for work so getting some activity in early incase get a callout :grimacing:

Hopefully manage 45mins on this followed up with a few big dog walks if the sun stays out n I don’t have to go work :crossed_fingers:

Was a great challenge to get stuck into and share what I’ve been doing.
But it’s been great seeing what everyone else has been doing in their programmes and taking something from them and adding to mine.
