WELCOME TO YOUR WEEK 10 CHALLENGE: 100 REP FINISHER

For this challenge, finish any workout with 100 reps of an exercise of your choice. It could be squats, push-ups, deadlifts, burpees, bicep curls—whatever pushes you the hardest!

You can break it up into sets, but the goal is to hit 100 total reps before you finish your session.

Today was conditioning with the 15th Couch to 5k run and finished off with 100 bicep curls 20-20-10-10-10-10-10-10 with a 30kg bar

Did not expect the amount of lactose burn in the arms

Challenge accepted…again. 100kg deadlift for 10, no way was I gonna carry that on so did 80kg for the last 90, video of last set on insta

Might go for push ups tomorrow

I love this challenge! It just makes you challenge yourself a little bit further!! Did simple hamstring roll outs today after my session - legs were burning :sweat_smile:

great challenge…Ending leg day with 100 reps super light 60kg hip thrusts with a heavy booty band- absolute glute burner :peach::fire:
