How are you all finding this weeks challenge? I’ve been keeping on top of my water intake more this week through doing the challenge, has anyone else found that this is the case?

How’s everyone finding this weeks challenge? I’m already on 4L a day per instruction by the boss so 2L is a breeze for me :sweat_smile:

Waters always been easy for me tbh I average 6-7 litres a day but I have two or 3 of the 1600ml bottle (filled past the 1600ml line ) and the 2.5 I have atleast one plus my shakes ….pi$$ like a racehorse some days , the summer days I obliterate the water intake even more , luck our Scottish :scotland: tap water is good to drink :joy:
