Week 1 - Biggest wins

Hi All,

Hope everyone’s first week has gone smoothly and everyone is powering through! I’ve already noticed a difference in how I look, since Sunday last week I am officially 3kg down on scale weight hoping to be sub 80kg in a few days time (I know a lot of that will be water weight) but I thought it would be good to share this win!

Not sure about you guys but I like looking back on my week and doing my “biggest win of the week” for me so far it’s the fact that I’m motivated to achieve my goal, seeing what can happen even after one week is pushing and driving myself to do better week on week.

so I’m interested as a community do you guys have any “wins of the week” could be anything! From sticking to it for a week (as statistically most people give up before the 9th Jan) just trying to spread a little bit of good energy around :clap:t3:

Hey Jordy, 3kg down is a fantastic start well done :dizzy: my win for the week is getting back in the gym, Ive put it off for months and months now, I’m not going to lie I felt so self conscious but got through it :collision: here’s to week 2 and more wins :1st_place_medal:

I’ve hit a few PBs in the gym this week which has been really nice. Nothing crazy by nice small increments on controlled reps. :flexed_biceps:t4:

My big win for the week is I’ve actually made a week of following a diet plan and sticking to it, no sugary temptations whatsoever and have actually enjoyed the healthy food I’ve had :flexed_biceps:

Well done!

1st week win for was managing to lose a little weight even with lots of birthday treats. Managed to balance out the calories and allow myself some cake.

Training has been good, enjoying tracking the numbers.

Well done its so nice when you can see the progress your making! my weekly win is signing up to the gym and having my first pt session this afternoon, nervous but looking forward to it

Well done! My first week was focused on getting back to consistently logging foods and back in the gym!

My first week has been difficult trying to eat so much food, made me realise how much I was under eating the wrong food! Ive managed to drop 1kg in weight, hit a pb & run my first 3k very much a success, hopefully I continue to make progress :heart_hands:

3kg is mega buddy well done :clap: My first week has gone well trying to build confidence in the gym slowly getting there :sweat_smile: everyone seems to know what they are doing so I stand out like a sore thumb. Food wise I need to find new recipes for chicken and rice :rofl: I’m loving my two eggs, Greek yogurt, banana, strawberries, and blueberries smoothie for breakfast though
