Pleased with that. It’s about double what I would normally get.

Decided to go a lil above and beyond to kick start my 12 week journey. Easy when you have a doggo but I get up and do my steps first thing as I have a desk job all day :zzz: :sleeping_face: :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

a lot less then i would usually do but here we are.

today’s sessions was a upper but then got roped into a hyrox class that my local gym is starting. Good class and will look at going more as I was knackered by the end of it :rofl:

My goal is 10k steps a day, I work an office job so sit most of my day so 10K is a struggle at times but off to a smashing start :person_walking:

1 hour stair master and 12k steps, not bad but i think i can do better tomorrow
