Had a few questions regarding the Photo Submission.
You can find your ‘before’ photo submission area in your Members Hub.
We have now updated the Members Hub to allow for all 3 images to be uploaded (front, back and side) - so please resubmit your before photos if only one has been uploaded.
You must hold your Trans4m photo card in the progress pictures.

My wife is still waiting on her products and welcome email too. She’s not able to access anything yet she registered same time as me. I’ve got all my stuff and good to go.

You should have received an email with access post-purchase, however anyone that hasn’t received this will be getting an email when registrations close, so you will have this ASAP

It was separate, different emails too.
Just letting you know the order has come through on email so that should be delivered soon. Tracie just needs the members hub email now

I’ve submitted 3 my photos with the sign but when I go back to the members hub they’re not there, should they be on the screen? A banner did pop up conforming I had successfully uploaded them but then they were gone from the screen (images attached in the hope it helps explain what i mean) thanks
I haven’t received my package yet with the photo card and i don’t think it will be here by the cut off on Sunday, what should i do?
Hey I know someone else who won’t have the card to submit photos for submission and they were given this to use on their phone, hope that helps 
Heya Anna I’ve submitted a new set of 3 that I’d prefer as my before photos, will the most recent upload be considered the correct one?
Hi, I submitted 3 (horrific) photos but I can’t see them and still have option of submitting. Does this mean they didn’t go through? Thanks
