I submitted my photos before I had the sign as it only came Thursday. I’ve now completed the first week and dropped 2kg so look noticeably different from before photos to end of week 1 photos. Do I still need to resubmit holding the sign?

Every before photo needs to be holding the signs from my knowledge

Whats the next step. Does the coach reach out to us on here do we have to resubmit photos throughout the 12 weeks or just again at the end ?

I can’t find where I’m supposed to upload photos. I didn’t receive an email with access to this account, I created a new account and these threads were all already active when I logged in.

Received my bundle today with the photo card so was just trying to find where to upload the images to

I’m the same, absolutely mortified. But! We are here and ready to make a change, just a few days in and I feel so much better just from eating clean and lean, a few trips to the gym and slight movement on the tape measure!! We’ve got this :flexed_biceps:t2::running_shoe:

I received an email for this last week and uploaded the images on the same day, this was on Wednesday 14th.

Someone from responded to my same question. It has been submitted by there is no way for us to look back at images . Would have ideal to show how our progress is going and compare them. May be in future but they have your pics but you can’t see them.
