Weekly Photo Upload?

Hello hello,

First off, very excited to be a part of this. Ive never really used the gym before seriously until last month when I got a personal trainer and really wanted to keep the momentum going and feel better mentally and physically by building up confidence in supplements, routine and the gym.

Now ive been reading all the posts here and I would like clarification on if we’re taking pictures and uploading them every week or just first and last. I couldnt find anything about it in the emails or hub.

I’m not sure either tbh. I’ve seen forum posts from last year’s challenge of the beginning and then end photos, but not too much of weekly check ups. Bumped your post so this can get more traction.

Oooh good question I’d like to know if we need to submit weekly check ins too, I think taking our own weekly pics would be good anyway to help us see progress :dizzy:

I definitely agree on taking weekly for personal stores, and Im excited to look back at the end.

I’ll be taking weekly photos for the self motivation too :heart:

Last year they asked us to upload a photo to them like the ourt 1st pic this week or post on Insta and tag them in it and they would record that as your weekly effort

You must submit your before and after photos in the hub, 12-weeks apart. You are not required to post a weekly photo, but you can share these in your Q&A sessions with your coach and treat this as a mini check-in for accountability and support. Hope this helps

I have just got the photo card today and uploaded the pictures and just got everything signed up is that still Ok?
