Personal Best…Bench Press

When I started this challenge, I wasn’t even comfortably benching 80 kg (30 kg a side).

My goal was simple:

Reach 100 kg (two plates a side) by the summer.

Today I hit:

100 kg Ă— 8 reps

And I’m now doing 3 sets of 7-8 reps comfortably.

What makes this even more satisfying is that in over 20 years of training, I’ve never moved this weight this comfortably.

Proof that consistent training, patience, and good programming add up.

Now the goal is simple: keep progressing. :fire:
