Re-did legs today, got pushed by another with 150kg on the leg press doing calfs, each time he’d jump on a machine after and match me so I would have to go higher. Finished like normal with the stair master. Not sure how I am still standing as finished de-tiling the roof yesterday, lost count how many times i went up and down that ladder.

Big week this week!

come down with a sickness bug but still stuck to I best I can :clap:t3:

Consistent cardio and a few ab workouts spread throughout the week, strength slightly going up as I get more consistent despite dropping weight, added a screenshot from a session I logged aswell as my weekly Callander only just realised these threads were on here!

I havent’t really been keeping much up to date with these threads but it doesn’t mean I haven’t been dedicated to the cause and keeping on track as best as I can as well.

Sunday - Cardio and abs

Monday - Lower

Tuesday - Upper

Wednesday - Cardio and abs

Thursday - Lower

Friday - Upper

Saturday - Cardio and abs

Managed to complete every day on top of getting in at least 10,000 steps every day as well and hoping to keep it going.

Lots of workouts in this week and feeling/seeing some differences once again! Some weight loss on the scale too although not something I’m tracking as much - it’s nice to see! :flexed_biceps:t3: bit of a heavy carb weekend and at a boozy brunch on Friday so Monday-Thursday this week is going to be a strict diet week :leafy_green::broccoli::pea_pod:
