Session 3: Full body complete :white_check_mark: followed by 40 min incline walk.

I think my graph went down because I used less weigh to assist my pull ups :woman_shrugging:t3: good session. I like full body! :flexed_biceps:t2:

Today in with core and a tuff 30 minutes on teller stairmaster after a heavy day in the garage

In the office again so 30mins steady state on the treadmill followed by 30mins incline walk.

Home into the garage gym and onto the Legs & Core session.

Final leg session for the week finished off on the stair master. Just a couple of cardio days at the weekend to recover before we go again on Monday :call_me_hand:

Not like this is a place to brag but yesterday went crazy. Awesome workout in the morning followed by 21,700 steps, put 3 vans back on the road and finished off by climbing the roof to strip half the tiles off ready for demolition…can’t find building work on my iwatch?!? Only stopped due to it being too dark to work.

Did wake up with a bit of headache this morning so planned workout didn’t happen, but did pick a few machines and upped the weight until failure and still did 30 minutes on the stair master

32 work outs this month as I’m currently on the stairmaster for the next 45 min completing my weekly cardio target (150min per week) :flexed_biceps:t2:

Looking forward to a much needed slower weekend. Gonna carry over some of these steps :winking_face_with_tongue:
