It’s a rest day today and I reallllllyyy could not be bothered to do my cardio today. But I still did it anyway because I have a plan to follow and it’s the only way to reach my goal. Weight has been dropping nicely, been currently sitting at 74.7kg for the past 4 days so expecting a big drop in the next day or 2, starting weight was 86.55kg, so I’m 12.15kg down so far and still more to come!
