Hi all, im Ben from Mid Wales.
My reason for joining is to lose some stubborn cuddlyness and get leaner and stronger.
My go to flavour is cereal milk, im too stubborn to try anythjng else :sweat_smile:. Im lookjng forward to seeing results over the next 12 weeks.

Hi gang! I’m Gruff, 39 from South Wales.

My goal is to get ultra lean and ultra fit for the myriad of physical challenges I’ve got lined up for 2025, starting with a 12km Nuclear Rush in May and ending with a 115km Agoge through the mountains of Greece in October.

I’ve not experimented much with Per4m supplements until recently, and stayed on safe ground with chocolate flavoured whey and unflavoured creatine, but this year is all about getting out of my comfort zone!

Morning All,

This is a perfect chance to kick myself up the ass, been going to the gym for the last 10 moths and doing great, but then December happened. Main goal for the next 12 weeks, loose what I lost in the last 10 months and get below 110kg, loose my belly and my ‘grandpa butt’ hahaha.

Seriously need to work on diet and not get lazy and say yes to a kebab and burger combo with the wife.

I love Salted Caramel Protein with freezing water, taste just like melted ice cream.

Day 1 off to a good start

Hi,
I’m Lauren from Hastings, originally a Kent girl. I was in prep from April-September last year when I crashed out badly, 7 weeks from show day… managed to put on 20kg since so figured this would be an amazing opportunity to get my head back where it needs to be.

I’ll be 46 in 3 weeks but I’m still 16 in my mind so let’s get this! Still trying to work out my favourite flavour, love hazelnut white chocolate and carrot cake, interested to try Irish Cream, Coconut cream and Minty Chocolate though :heart_eyes:
