Hi Everyone,

Iā€™m Rochelle from Essex and very excited to start this challenge!

Iā€™ve been on and off with gym the last few years and I want to make a permanent lifestyle change.

I want to lose weight, build some muscle and have my dream body!

The challenge is great motivation and accountability for me so lā€™m looking forward to what I can achieve and the transformation at the end of week 12!

Im loving the new Cookie dough flavour :heart_eyes:

Iā€™ve joined to create an accountable step towards something. Iā€™m a successful health and wellbeing coach where others are accountable to me, Iā€™m quite good at routine and creating wonderful habits. But I need an extra layer of accountability.

Favourite flavours are Strawberries and cream whey (especially in greek yoghurt), chocolate peanut butter - just curbs my sweet tooth.

Im Laura, originally from Lincoln but live in Saddleworth now
I joined for extra accountability and motivation to get me back into routine again from Christmas. My goal for the next 12 weeks is to be leaner but also hoping to gain a bit more muscle mass.

ooo favourite flavour is hard so I would say my top three are cinnamon donut, cherry Bakewell and carrot cakeā€¦ especially as French toast or bagels! xx

Hiya! My names Rebecca, Iā€™m 30 and I lost track of my why and motivation half way through October after a 5 months of loosing weight.

I joined the challenge to keep myself going, hoping to loose 10kg in the next 12 weeks (hoping for more but wanting to set achievable goals!)

I love using my ninja creami with the Perf4m proteins to feel like Iā€™m having a treat but not compromising my end goal! Cookies & Cream, Birthday Cake and Cookie Dough are my top 3 flavours for it! šŸ«¶šŸ»

Iā€™m Sophie, from North Yorkshire. Iā€™ve signed up to the 12 week challenge as a push to get back on track with my training and nutrition after quite a few months of easing off both.

Ready to get back to it and be the best version of me in time for summer 2025. Ibiza is booked, so now itā€™s time to get in shape and feel good about myself again.

Iā€™m so excited for this challenge! After a total mental and physical overhaul while recovering from an eating disorder, Iā€™m ready to embrace this next phase and build some muscle. Iā€™ve never done before and after photos, so Iā€™m excited to look back in 12 weeks!
