Your 12-Week Roadmap 
- Weeks 1–2: Build the Foundation and focus on setting your goals and creating consistent habits. Time management and structure is essential to stay on track.
- Weeks 3–6: Commit fully to a diet and our exercise plans, as they are designed to deliver optimal results. Remember, consistency is key🔑
- Weeks 7–10: Push Through Plateaus. Revamp your routine and push your limits with advanced tips and strategies. You will need self-discipline to have a successful transformation.
- Weeks 11–12: You made it! These habits will now become apart of your lifestyle. You may experience increased fatigue and hunger, as the final stage is your final push to the end of the challenge… but it will be worth it!
