Decided to do this 12 week challenge so I have a goal to aim at but mainly to become a better version of myself and have fun along the way.
Favourite per4m proteins are Raspberry and white chocolate, cinnamon donut, and the new cookie dough flavour.
Also the blueberry muffin for the cream of rice is perfect so going to try the protein flavour next.

Iām Vasilis, a dad to a toddler with a demanding office job and quite a bit of travel, which makes it tough to stick to a routine.
Iāve found that if I donāt squeeze in my workout first thing in the morning, it often turns into a no-workout day. While Iām committed to my workouts, I sometimes feel guilty because it takes time away from my family. I often wonder how people with great bodies manage to juggle kids, work, travel, and social life, especially if their job isnāt fitness-related. Any tips are most welcome!
Iāve never been one to track calories or limit myself when it comes to food and social life, but this has kept me from achieving a toned and lean body. Plus, I have a sweet tooth ! In my family, we love healthy cooking, but we usually satisfy our eyes before our stomachs.
I was really excited to discover this transformation challenge because it gives me a start date and a timeline to reach my goals and get the best body I can have. Over the next 12 weeks, I already have 3 trips planned, including family celebrations. Iām hoping this challenge keeps me motivated and accountable. Iām looking forward to achieving my best body yet and hoping that maintaining it will be easier than reaching my goals!
Fun fact: I wasnāt initially into traveling, but because of my job, Iāve had the chance to explore over 45 countries around the world. Now, I canāt stop traveling!

Iām a dad to 2 young children who have ASD so I struggle to keep consistent with my food and workouts due to time constraints and pretty difficult bedtime routines.
