How have you been doing so far in here?
Are you managing to follow the exact routine that has been assigned to Advanced Male?
Personally I find it impossible to follow especially with the amount of cardio recommended on top of 4 gym workouts.
Unless you live in the gym and have no responsibilites there is no way you can do all of that.
Obviously not having as much time to work out I decided to cut down my calories- which makes it really challenging when you start your day at 5am and finish around 11pm.
I was wondering how many calories you guys are running on?
Hi, I’m also doing th advanced plan. I’ve tried to stick to the workouts where possible but have had to make changes when life gets busy.
With the cardio if I don’t have time for a full session I try to microdose it, splitting it up throughout the day. 3 x 10 minute walks instead of 1 x 30 minutes.
My cals are currently at around 2200-2300
Weight has gone from 86.5kg to hovering around 81.5 - 82kg, planning on a big push for the remaining time.
