Some questions for coach Bobbie 🫶

I’ve had my calorie calculations back I thought they seem high, looks like I’ve been under eating!

I will Stick to the plan see if I start to shred by following.

Also the work out plan 2-4 sessions of cardio is stated per week, how long do you recommend I usually do 20minutes after my strength sessions is this enough?

Hey April! 20 minutes post workout! i’d suggest using stairmaster/ cross trainer or the seated bike! try and get your HR (heart rate) to 140 and sustain that throughout your cardio :rocket:
