I’m curious—if you had to choose, would you focus on gymnastics, CrossFit, or bodybuilding for the most noticeable visual results on your transformation journey?
Hi mate , in my opinion do what works for you and aim , building muscle and losing weight is almost impossible, a bit like demolishing a house while you stay in it , move as much as u can and eat as much protein to limit the amount of muscle loss as u can
I do a few mix of workouts and it works for me , more reps of a less weight ,less of more but I always pause for time under tension
