Well done mate! I’m between night shifts so I’m going to get in on the way to work tonight. Managed some meal prep and 10k steps through the night. Got ten days off starting tomorrow so I’m hoping to get loads of training in.
Push day yesterday, making me accountable for myself again. So glad I joined this. Already 2 kgs down in 8-9 days. Def training Legs, can’t miss those. James in advance has been amazing . Everyone has been great. So thank you .
Cheers mate, yea . I’ve been training on a plan for a bit now this is more specific and honing towards the goal, including eating habits. I know 99% people fail the program due to bad eating habits. I am trying not to be one of them now. How are you getting on
Thanks mate, on Advanced as I really wanted to push myself and suited but lifestyle and times for gym etc. I am sure beginners and intermediate will be super intense too.

Diets definitely my weak point, I get bored too easily but at the same time hate the idea of having something different everyday if that makes sense. I’m doing good so far, just hope I can keep it up dude
