Got to the gym today. Did a push day.

Thank you! :heart_hands: slow & controlled 20reps 3-5sec down, slight pause at the bottom & push up. Avoiding ego lifting, building strength is a passion of mine helps me mentally. My next aim 350kg - 400kg ect see how far I can go! :crossed_fingers:

Heavy deadlift and leg session today finished off with a 60min incline walk 15 incline 4 speed to get that sweat on :see_no_evil_monkey:

I trained glutes today finished with 25m stair master. I trained back yesterday followed by a 3k run. I weighed today & lost 1kg which I’m very happy with as my muscle definition is starting to show :flexed_biceps::heart_hands:

Leg session done this morning finished with a 10min KB finisher and 20mins incline treadmill to end. Time for work. Have a great day :call_me_hand:

Early shift today still got up at 5 and got my ass into the gym

Overhead press today an accessory lifts finished 40 mins incline walk to get the heart rate up and get my sweat on

now to de-ice inside and outside the car to get home lol
