Rest day so always a tough one as I’m not exercising (just gentle walks) as much I try not to get carried away on the food.
But under on the calories, fat and carbs.
Over on the protein but not by much so happy with that.

Friday’s results
Another good day
Under on the calories and fat.
Over on protein and carbs.
Was upper body training day so going over will help on them too.
Do feel like having too much protein though but with the exercise added (even though don’t follow it) I’m still under.
But actually been looking at my macron and I’m normally at 40% Carbs, 22% Fats and 38% protein which is ok.
But going to do an average on Sunday’s post for the week.

Friday
Target = Result
Cal 2880 = 2931 - 51 Over
Carbs 216 = 290 - 74 Over
Protein 324 = 277 - 47 under
Fat 80 = 74 - 6 Under

Felt absolutely rubbish in the morning. Only did 30 minutes on the stair master and was walking round in circles at work. Once Id had lunch felt alot better and still got round to putting up two fence posts in the garden.
Saturday day result
Lower body in the gym so no extra cardio and not much walking due to resting legs after hard session.
Calories and carbs were way up as went out for tea and had an Indian. First time eating out in a long time and it was nice.
Protein was up but feel was in a bit more balance with it.
Fats was under but close to my target so that was good.
Sunday- is rest day so will be soaking back but will post tomorrow the results with a round up of the week as well.

Again high on the calories and carbs but exact on the protein which happy with and still under on the fat.
But overall weekend was a tough one.
Macrons were ok though average for the week were 47% Carbs
21% fats
32% protein
Which is all in my targets for the week.
Great challenge again trying different ways to hit my protein target.
