Week 12: Reflection Week🧔

My biggest win-not letting the scales determine what I do next! My weight has hardly moved but the change in physique speaks for itself and I’m so proud of myself for it! Also I’m no longer pre diabetic! That’s a big win

Habits and challenges and mindset -I’m putting these together because the biggest challenge I faced was changing my habits and my mindset! I don’t let my life revolve around food anymore! Do I make healthy choices now? YES but do i still enjoy the occasional donut ALSO YES :joy: but overcoming that mental block of all junk is bad massively changed my outcome because the binges stopped and now my sugars have regulated I’m not always hungry! It’s a massive lifestyle change for me!

What I’m most proud of is actually sticking to it! And making it a lifestyle change rather than making it about how much weight I can loose in 12 weeks, don’t get me wrong loosing weight has been great but it’s no longer an obsession I want to build now not just get skinny! I have fallen in love with the gym and the progress that much I have gone and got myself a coach and have a goal of getting on stage and competing  wish me luck guys :joy:

But overall my favourite part is now you can see where my legs end and my ass starts and it don’t all blend into one jiggly mess :joy::joy:

I’ve a long way to go but had lost 23lbs in total with having being on steroids with my MS made it some sort of win. Biggest obstacle is dealing with fatigue and having to do work arounds to get a gym session done. Achievement though was getting to 90kg back squat (maybe the steroids helped lol) not much of a transformation but fairly chuffed with back progress here’s to this year for more wins and loss of the pudge :joy:
