My biggest win-not letting the scales determine what I do next! My weight has hardly moved but the change in physique speaks for itself and Iām so proud of myself for it!
Also Iām no longer pre diabetic! Thatās a big win ![]()
Habits and challenges and mindset -Iām putting these together because the biggest challenge I faced was changing my habits and my mindset! I donāt let my life revolve around food anymore! Do I make healthy choices now? YES but do i still enjoy the occasional donut ALSO YES
but overcoming that mental block of all junk is bad massively changed my outcome because the binges stopped and now my sugars have regulated Iām not always hungry! Itās a massive lifestyle change for me!
What Iām most proud of is actually sticking to it! And making it a lifestyle change rather than making it about how much weight I can loose in 12 weeks, donāt get me wrong loosing weight has been great but itās no longer an obsession I want to build now not just get skinny! I have fallen in love with the gym and the progress that much I have gone and got myself a coach and have a goal of getting on stage and competing
