So how’s every one been this week with abit freedom and no restriction have we all eased in nicely to a maintenance or are already heavy into a bulk?
I know i feel I’ve spiralled a little as I am struggling coming out of restriction and the little treats are mounting up I can now say I’ve put my self on a small deficit bringing calories up slowly planning to bring up by a couple of 100 Cals each week now I’ve had the little treats I need to try and get some structure back in and gain back control
Can’t lie the 7th can’t come quick enough lol the suspense is killing me. lol
We’ve come away for a week in our campervan so limited to what we can eat however been good with dinner/teas however a few easter eggs have snuck in the van haha
But every day has been 15k steps round national trusts etc with the doggos
I stayed on track for this week too knowing I had a long weekend away. First day away today so going to take this a bit easier after the drive. Got some trips planned before hitting cold plunge, hot tub and sauna later . Thankful of the experience over the last 12 weeks. Taking this weekend to relax then start another block of training when I get home as I know I have a lot further to go. I know I’ve got no chance at any of the prizes was just good to get some focus back and meet you all. Good luck to you all and hopefully keep up with people’s training in the future
Competition for me was to get my mind back in it and give it a structure, winning or not, mindset has changed. This are today’s pics, and I feel they are better than what I submitted. So lets keep going
I’ve barely had time for the gym. I’ll get home around 1st May and will hope to hit the ground running depending on the Mrs who gets a bit annoyed when I gym when I first get home.
I should get a couple of gym sessions in this week, and I have been meal prepping on board because the food is so rubbish.
