Just made the best snack - 100g 0% Greek yoghurt, 30g white chocolate hazelnut Per4m whey powder, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. It’s like the middle of a kinder bueno!
Sounds delicious Chelsi, perfect way to get your protein in and especially if your craving something sweet!
Will have to give this a go, I love Kinder Bueno
First time trying this, cottage cheese & scrambled egg! This with avocado was oh, my … god! Amazing.
Sounds interesting! I’m not a big fan of cottage cheese but could you taste it? Did you mix it with the eggs? Thanks!
Two eggs, 75g of cottage cheese all mixed up with a splash of semi skimmed milk.
Honestly was really nice, worth a try, that with avocado was lush.
Been watching TikTok ideas for cottage cheese
Let me know if you try it

Looks great! Is it a ninja creami? What flavour protein powder did you use?
I love to put a handful of crunchy nut flakes in mine or a crushed up Oreo! So good
Yeah it is, used white chocolate hazelnut Per4m
Looks delicious!
Lunch: Rainbow salad (beetroot, red & yellow peppers, cucumber, tomato and white nectarine with a splash of balsamic).
Dinner: Seabass with charred & steamed green beans, roasted carrots with honey, roasted potatoes with herbs.
All yummy!
Some very colourful meals there! Hope it tasted as good as it looks
Hi if anyone is looking for good tea or meal ideas I’d recommend this cook book which I bought over the weekend it’s called the good bites and has loads of high protein meals plus each meal has a barcode so you can scan the meals in using myfitness pal
I always try and make effort with my dinner making food that you love and look forward to is the key to longevity, if this is you forever! I make things like teriyaki salmon, salads and coriander rice! Sprinkle a few cheeky roast sesame seeds and a Asian dressing and you have a taste sensation

Anyone got any recommendations for protein flavours to have with oats I’ve had chocolate and cereal milk wouldn’t mind trying something new
My favourite is cinnamon doughnut with my porridge
Thanks I’ll give that a try next do you add dark chocolate too it
I love caramel biscuit, and white choc hazelnut. Have you tried doing half of 2 flavours? Like half cookie dough and half caramel biscuit?
Also, couple of chunks of chocolate melted in is so good
