Food Favourites

Welcome to the Food Favourites section!

In this section, we want to see everyone sharing their favourite foods that are helping them through this challenge! These don’t necessarily have to be pictures either, they can just be a few food recommendations for people to enjoy just as much as you do!

Some foods that are helping me currently are Courgettes, Onions and Sriracha Sauce! Courgettes help to add to my meal prep and increase the volume of what I’m eating in a healthy way! Adding a measured amount of Sriracha and raw red onion to my salads are massively helping me with regards to adding flavour and texture too :star_struck:

I’ve managed to find another game changer to add to my diet this week, as someone who has a real sweet tooth I’ve been craving ice cream a lot since starting this challenge. However, this week I’ve frozen my Cookie Dough protein shake and put it in the freezer as I had seen it done on TikTok, then used my Ninja Creami to make protein ice cream!

It tastes incredible, and for anyone with a sweet tooth, protein ice cream is something that I would 100% recommend! :drooling_face:

You can also make this without a Ninja Creami by just freezing your protein shake too🧡

I’ve started putting those frozen spinach balls into my protein smoothies - you can’t even taste them & it’s a great way to improve your fibre intake! :green_heart:

My food favourite is frozen berries!!! They’re fresher & tastier than fridge berries and make the most amazing dessert with the cookies & cream protein + Greek yogurt combo.

I buy blueberries, raspberries & sweet cherries in 1kg frozen bags and let them thaw for 5 mins before adding to desserts, oats & meal preps.
