Day 4 :white_check_mark:

How is everyone getting all these steps in:smiling_face_with_tear: I work from home and go to the gym 4 mornings a week! I take the dogs out for a short walk in the evening as 1 has joint issues and can’t go far but I’m barely hitting 10k.

Any tips for us work from home/office based guys and gals?

Day 5 :white_check_mark: Lets go :flexed_biceps:

Day 5 :handshake:

Day 5

Smashed target and an hour of cardio on top

I walk round the house when I cant get out much. Pace around or march on the spot with TV on. I prefer to go out walking for my steps but as a mother who spends most evenings home alone with a young child, its what I can do while shes asleep. Do what you can with whats available to you :sparkles:

Another one in the bag :flexed_biceps:

It is hard when you work from home. My wife struggles to get the steps in even though she’s stood on her feet most of the day she’s usually just stood still with being a hairdresser.

We bought a fold away treadmil on amazon which is amazing and was on offer. Obviously everyone is in different money situations but it’s a option if it helps.
