todays step count after a 12hr shift.

Had a weigh in today and 1.3kg down in a week of doing the programme so really happy!

Steps are always my weakest point, I usually only manage an average of 5/6000 daily steps so I’ve set myself 8000 daily steps to begin. Hoping not to burn out over doing it so will focus on increasing them gradually.
