Thanks mate , that very kind

Thanks Rachael, yea it was a bad one but yes glad I wasn’t the one which was getting scrapped. It’s only the car. Hope you are well x

Oh dang! That is not good! Hope you’re okay!

Thanks mate, could have been a lot worst. So happy about that

Glad to hear your ok. Looks like a bad one.

Hope it doesn’t impact your training much. Hopefully a few days recovery and you’ll be good to go.

Finally a good nights sleep - had the dog not barked at 5:45 I think I’d have actually had a lie in this morning

I love sleeping but I need to be strict with myself. I leave my phone downstairs when I go to bed and always try to wake up at the same time everyday.

Yesterday I had a coffee at 5pm and noticed this has affected my sleep! So I need to be careful

I want to try some supplement maybe magnesium, to see if this helps too!

Managed to get at least 7 hours each night this week and asleep by 9:30pm. Felt a lot better for it as the 5am alarms are not my favourite

Made some changes over the last few days and it’s improving my sleep. Above is this week. Below is last week

Changes I’ve made - cardio on rest days instead of after training. 20 min yoga and breathing every evening. Caffeine in the morning. No more prework out :sob: because I train in the evenings. No scrolling 1 hour before bed. No vaping 1 hour before bed. Magnesium 1 hour before bed. No tracking food to take off some of the pressure. Eating 3 balanced meals a day plus a bed time meal. I am 3.1kg down which is a slower rate than some but what I was hoping to achieve with a steady 1lb down per week!

Sounds like you have this all nailed down (although i’d personally struggle with the no PM coffee or pre )

I’ve been trying to reduce caffeine for a while and drink decaf. My favourite is NescafĂ© azera as you Can’t tell the difference. Although the 1st few days of reducing caffeine isn’t easy, I’ve found it makes a difference. There was a point where I was drinking caffeine all day and honestly it just stopped working and I was still tired  I’m most sad about the prework out as I love the cherry fizz. Not sure if it’s worth having in the morning or not :woman_shrugging:t3:

A better nights sleep for me last night but I’ve changed gyms now to have more equipment but down side is they don’t open on Sundays and a run in the rain today is not doing it for me

I’m taking that extra half an hour as luxury

Why do you think you struggle with sleep? For me, especially recently
 stress!

I’m not sure how much coffee works for me tbh, I must drink 7 or 8 cups a day
.tastes so good though! I’m not sure I’m ready to try reducing :grimacing:, but I’ll keep Azera in mind if I do!

Yes I used to be like that! I just love how it tastes  but yes the decaf azera is delicious too!
