Omg⊠that looks like a bad one! I canât even imagine how scary that must have been. Grateful that youâre still here, cars can be replaced! Wishing you a full and speedy recovery⊠take it easy
Thanks mate , that very kind
Thanks Rachael, yea it was a bad one but yes glad I wasnât the one which was getting scrapped. Itâs only the car. Hope you are well x
Oh dang! That is not good! Hope youâre okay!
Thanks mate, could have been a lot worst. So happy about that
Glad to hear your ok. Looks like a bad one.
Hope it doesnât impact your training much. Hopefully a few days recovery and youâll be good to go.
Finally a good nights sleep - had the dog not barked at 5:45 I think Iâd have actually had a lie in this morning
I love sleeping but I need to be strict with myself. I leave my phone downstairs when I go to bed and always try to wake up at the same time everyday.
Yesterday I had a coffee at 5pm and noticed this has affected my sleep! So I need to be careful
I want to try some supplement maybe magnesium, to see if this helps too!
Managed to get at least 7 hours each night this week and asleep by 9:30pm. Felt a lot better for it as the 5am alarms are not my favourite ![]()
Made some changes over the last few days and itâs improving my sleep. Above is this week. Below is last week
Changes Iâve made - cardio on rest days instead of after training. 20 min yoga and breathing every evening. Caffeine in the morning. No more prework out
because I train in the evenings. No scrolling 1 hour before bed. No vaping 1 hour before bed. Magnesium 1 hour before bed. No tracking food to take off some of the pressure. Eating 3 balanced meals a day plus a bed time meal. I am 3.1kg down which is a slower rate than some but what I was hoping to achieve with a steady 1lb down per week!
Sounds like you have this all nailed down (although iâd personally struggle with the no PM coffee or pre
)
Iâve been trying to reduce caffeine for a while and drink decaf. My favourite is NescafĂ© azera as you Canât tell the difference. Although the 1st few days of reducing caffeine isnât easy, Iâve found it makes a difference. There was a point where I was drinking caffeine all day and honestly it just stopped working and I was still tired
Iâm most sad about the prework out as I love the cherry fizz. Not sure if itâs worth having in the morning or not ![]()
This is great improvements to your sleep! Definitely taking note to try some things! ![]()
A better nights sleep for me last night but Iâve changed gyms now to have more equipment but down side is they donât open on Sundays and a run in the rain today is not doing it for me ![]()
yay for a good night sleep! It really does make a huge difference to your day ![]()
Iâm taking that extra half an hour as luxury ![]()
Why do you think you struggle with sleep? For me, especially recently⊠stress!
Iâm not sure how much coffee works for me tbh, I must drink 7 or 8 cups a dayâŠ.tastes so good though! Iâm not sure Iâm ready to try reducing
, but Iâll keep Azera in mind if I do!
Yes I used to be like that! I just love how it tastes
but yes the decaf azera is delicious too!
