Hi, where can I log my reps that I do is there not an app, being a beginner I am not sure where to log and also is there nowhere that shows you the exercises. Thanks

Hiya, try the app Hevy, it’s free but there’s also subscriptions if you want. You can setup 3 workouts to store in the free version and it’ll allow you to track your sets and weights week on week whilst also showing you where you’ve improved from previous weights and reps! Here’s mine below for you to see. I find it’s really helpful also allows your to program your rest times in as well and if you click on the exercise it’ll give you a demonstration.

Hey Lloret, I’ve been used JEFIT app (free version) for a long time and and it works perfect for what I need. Really good excersise database and easy to setup cutom programs. Easy to create “super sets” and custom rest timer and all that kind of stuff.
Just need to ignore the daily reminder to purchase the pro version ![]()
