For anyone in my group you will see I have replied to a lot of the checkins with some advice that consistently remains the same.
For both Fat loss and Muscle Gain categories - ALL participants should be doing cardio 4-5x per week LISS (stairmaster, Cross trainer, Youtube workout) anything above 130bpm for a minimum 30mins!
Now this week - focus on getting at least 3.5L - 4L water daily ( feel free to add HYDRATE or EAAs) this is to flush your system through and limit water retention as we start to reset your digestive system and body’s baseline from the intentional training.
