Weights are moving good half way through an 8 week strength block so hoping my PRs go up at the end.

Also ive got strongman training session tomorrow which should be a laugh

I have tried to stick to the plan and I am really enjoying those gym sessions. And since I was already running consistently before, decided to register for a marathon in May! (Because, why not?:joy:) Let’s see if I can keep it going, but the motivation is there and so is the training so far!

From the start of the program I have seen 3kgs gone on the scale, meal prep (despite not following 100% every day) has been key and I am now getting used to the new normal.

So yeah, I am feeling mega :grinning_face:

This week I’ve gone from 15 Stone 12 Lbs to 15 Stone 9 Lbs :raising_hands:. At the start of the programme I was 16 Stone 7 Lbs, feeling amazing.

Managed to reach a PB 190 KG Deadlift. Over the moon with that!
Running capacity has improved, enjoying the longer distances.

Staying consistent with my workouts and meals. Feeling mega indeed! Excited to see whats next :ok_hand:

I’m working away in Sweden where it’s been as low as -30DegC! So making use of the hotel gym where I can, avoiding beer and making the best choices I can at meal times.

I’ve not been able to get on the scales, but consistent progress in fitness can definitely be seen on the treadmill, compared to when I began a few weeks ago!

How has the first 4 weeks been so far?

Going really well im losing weight currently around the 6kg loss but can also start to see a physical change which is good

Atm im currently running a strength block which is kinda counter productive of weight loss so its a tough battle. I have 3 week left then going to swapcto a hypertrophy plan for the remainder
