Week 8 update! The final stretch

We are currently in week 8, and I have been doing really well this challenge, my starting weight was 86.55kg and the lowest I have gotten down to is 77.95 kg which was 2 weeks ago. I say this because for the past couple of weeks I have taken my foot off the gas slightly, I have had social occasions to deal with which has set me back a little bit.

I am currently sitting at around 80kg and it’s now time to dig deep and lock the f*ck in!!

Posting these photo here to show my progress and also hold myself accountable. My goal for the remainder of the challenge is to just stay as consistent as possible with, sleep, calories make sure I’m hitting my protein, hitting my steps and cardio targets and training hard with intensity, and most importantly enjoying the process. Yes it has been challenging at times but a dieting phase doesn’t last forever
