After a great first week of the challenge where I got 3 workouts of the plan in plus a PT session I flew 10 hours away to North America for a family visit which really halted everything. Visiting was top priority. I ate healthy but stayed at maintenance levels, walked way more than usual and had a busy schedule but managed to get the Session 1 workout each week. Got back very jetlagged, did a PT session where i got very dizzy and felt ill infortunately so it delayed this weeks first session to recover.
Getting back on track this week and just in time for phase 2! Im excited to get back in as i love these sessions but im worried as itll technically only be my second full week of the workout plan. Oh well.
How is everyone else doing with their plans? Im seeing lots of lovely progress in the forum! Very proud of everyone. Heres to Phase 2!
