Done it via link , hope tbh week the egg protein helps with my gut and lactose intolerance I seem to be having , , gutting I have loads of whey and need ti order other more if it works BUT it’s hopefully gonna resolve a issue which I and gradually getting used to and having to monitor lactose intake and diet , never had suck craving for cheese and milk in my life😂, I mean I can …but be like getting battered with a baseball bat in the gut for days after it

Hopefully egg protein helps ya mate :crossed_fingers:. You ever tried kimchi or sauerkraut with your meals? Expensive but very good for gut health. I have 50g of kimchi with 2 of my chicken n rice meals everyday and gut/stomach has touchwood never been better.
