How to start your transformation in the right way!
Starting a transformation can be a really difficult thing to do, as there are a lot of changes that occur in every facet of your life. Whether it be your diet, habits or lifestyle, but these changes should be welcomed with open arms.
However, a lot of people will begin by completely changing everything that they are typically used to doing and then struggle to handle those adjustments as they are too extreme. Therefore striking the balance between making positive change and being enthuisiastic to transform can become really tough.
You should start by making small amendments to your lifestyle or daily routine that you are comfortable with, it can be things like walking up the stairs in a shop instead of taking the lift or drinking more water for example. Things that don’t drastically change your lifestyle too quickly, this makes things far easier to adjust to.
Gradually as the weeks of this challenge pass, you can then begin to make more positive adjustments as you begin to feel more comfortable and adopt better habits.

Thank you. I like the idea of starting small and gradually making the change then I don’t feel so pressured.
That’s the way I was able to reduce my sugar consumption; putting a bit less into my cup of tea every time. Nowadays, I can’t stand sugar in my tea!
Yep for any one asking me how I lost weight I always say don’t jump in two feet first , small steps lead lead further than a sprint to failure, I set myself the goal of 3 meals and no snacking between then slowly swapping foods for better alternatives and reducing my calorie intake , for first two years I didn’t actually calorie count, but I was aware of what I had roughly , through the process before I learned my way I tried many different “viral diets “ essentially only one that worked was calorie deficit and finding food that was making me feel full , I’ve done something right as I’ve lost over 7st , but Ithus challenge was used as a “focus” or “target “ to give me a aim
Anything’s better than 10+ takeaways a week and being 23.5st
I even wore a 25kg weighted vest at work all day , changing tyres and fixing cars doing 15k steps while wearing a weight vest was challenging

Here are a few tips to help you stay on track:
Avoid “All or nothing” thought patterns - It is important to make sure that you recognise that any progress is a positive change and you should be proud of the progress you have made.
Set yourself Microgoals - It’s important to have large goals to achieve long-term, however microgoals are extremely useful to help you measure your progress and remain in a positive mindset on those days where you feel like you aren’t making as much progress as you’d like.
Do exercises you enjoy - It is important that you do exercises that you enjoy, otherwise the process of exercising can feel tedious and boring, this enables you to actively look forward to working out and bettering yourself.
