Introduce Yourself👋

Hey ,

My name is Amit, 41. I was a semi professional cricket player but times passed. Always been regular to gym but lost heart and motivation after 10years marriage breakdown.Lifted myself up now and trying push and see where I go. There are some amazing people in this competition , including trainers but I want to see how close I can get. Def trying to go for win or even place top 10. Any advice is always welcome too. Next 12 weeks can define my next 12 years easily. Going for a cut.

I joined James with advanced program. Amazing guy .

I’ve been using Per4m for many years now, my Fav is white chocolate and raspberry swirl , my biggest disappointment was Dubai chocolate but it could be just my taste buds.

Good luck to everyone x

I’m Lauren l, almost 47 from Hastings!

I joined last year but went to Canada in February and it was game over :joy: so in trying again with a view to starting a bodybuilding prep afterwards. See how it goes! I got to 6 weeks out before I had a bit of a breakdown and a long way from where I finished there (also a long way from where I start in 2021 at 17 stone), but excited to be held accountable for myself.

Photo is me at the end of my short lived prep in 2024 and my focus, although already showing signs of being bigger and better this year
