Introduce Yourself Here👋

Hi :waving_hand:

I’m Jordan my Instagram is @jorrddii

I’ve joined the females beginners tier! I joined the challenge to help carry on my health journey. Last year I lost over 7 stone in weight and want to not just lose the weight but get strong and tone up

Goal for me is to build more muscle over the next 12 weeks :flexed_biceps:

Excited for the next 12 weeks :heart_hands:t2:

Hi everybody,

I’m Alexandra (alexandrab_fit). Sorry I’m late to the party here but had some issues logging on :smiling_face_with_tear:

I’m participating in the intermediate challenge and joined because I wanted to push myself during the first few months of the year! I’m hoping to compete in my second bodybuilding season this year and have a lot of weight to get off (roughly about 15kg) and figured that TRANS4M would give me the motivation and accountability to keep me moving towards my fat loss goal.

My biggest focus for these 12 weeks is to lose as much body fat as possible so I have a clear understanding of what my 2026 season could look like in terms of shows / timescales etc. I’m six weeks in and have taken off nearly 5kg already which has already given me so much clarity for my plans ahead.

I’m excited to connect with everybody and see you all smash this challenge :sparkles:

Hey everyone! I must be the latest person to the party ever but I thought better late than never :man_facepalming::rofl: My name is Dean and I’m in the intermediate male category but perhaps was suited better to the beginner category lol my main goal was and is to lose as much fat as possible whilst retaining and even building some muscle along the way. These 10 weeks have went by quick and I’m excited to see how everyone’s journey has went after the next 2! Keep going strong team the end is in sight!
