Hey everyone, Iām Becky, a little late to the party but I made it. Iām just catching up with posts now. Any other beginner females here? Iāve not been looking after myself for the last 18 months due to one excuse or another so looking forward to the post exercise DOMS
A little about me Iām a mum of 2 a first year uni student and dog mum to 3 big beautiful gingers
my name is Toya (beginner level), mum of two and with a sporty/fit husband! I joined this challenge to feel accountable for my journey back to fitness after giving birth 5 months ago. Iām aiming for consistency and doing the right things - because the results will follow!
Iām Jonasz and going for the advanced tier as I have a good few years of training behind.
My goal is to get shredded before I become a dad of 2 in May. Cutting as much body fat as I can in the next 12 weeks, thatās what Iām here for.
Hey guys Iām B, on-and-off gym goer of 14 years but never had the proper discipline so never reached my dream body, think this one might help me to hold on. Good luck to us all
Hi Iām brad and I joined the intermediate class.
I joined for the challenge and wanting to change my physical appearance and health as Iāve never been able to do this.
Iāve been going to the gym for just under a year now but want to challenge myself to be the best version of myself, and what better way to do this then take on the 12 week programme!
Over the past year the gym has been something that has really helped me mentally and itās something I look forward to doing.
Hi all, Iām Charlie (IG @chazzaholds7) and Iāve joined the Intermediate class.
I had my āthis has to changeā moment on New Years Eve 2024, and since then been on a weight loss journey, ably assisted by my Speed Demon baby daughter in the pram. Weāve been pram running for 10 months now almost every day, which has led to a 30kg weight loss for me over 2025.
I recently got back into the gym and now am starting to realise the importance of protein, lifting etc while also combined with cardio/running/calorie deficits. Iām hoping this challenge will help me on more of a composition journey rather than weight loss now.
Good luck to everyone and hope you get all you want out of this challenge!
Hey all, Iām James and Iāve joined the beginners class.
Iām 34 - Husband and Father of 3 - Working day/night shifts around 50/60 hours a week. Noticed Transform with Per4m and jumped at the opportunity to gain some training and dietary structure, motivation and general tips/advice to improve my overall health and fitness.
100% committed to making a big change and diving straight in seemed like the best way to start. Aiming for consistency throughout the 12 weeks and to grow stronger, mentally and physically.
Finding time to train with a busy work/home life seemed hard. But it was easier to use āToo busyā as an excuse than to leave my comfort zone and dedicate time and effort for self improvement. When I realised this I knew I had to change, so here I am!
Good luck to everyone over the next 12 weeks and beyond!
my names Owen Iām 26 and im a plumber from Nottinghamshire with my own buisness been going 6 years
I do go to the gym regularly and i have been using the gym to help me with my eating disorder and gain back control. im hoping this process will help me towards my goal of having abs āin the right wayā eating better and having a better relationship with food is the main ush I need to prove to myself I can do it.
Huge good luck to every one in this process canāt wait to learn and lose weight
Hey, Iām Lauryn! 25 years old, completely new to the gym. Iāve joined the womenās beginners category and have to say, 4 days in the achey muscles are REAL haha!
Absolutely loving the workouts so far and if youāve not tried it, would highly highly recommend the vanilla crĆØme whey- itās delicious, honestly think Iād rather have it over a milkshake
Iāve joined the challenge with the aim of losing some weight and to build some sustainable healthy habits. My routine prior to the challenge has had little to no exercise, not much thought about how Iām fuelling my body and a minimal knowledge of where to start.
Only week one but even just the changes to my mood from increasing my steps and moving my body have been amazing- I feel way more productive in work and much less groggy when I wake up. Really looking forward to seeing how I progress over the next 12 weeks, not just on the scales but mentally & fitness wise too!
Would absolutely love to be able to run 2km without stopping over the next 12 weeks as a little personal goal- Iāve never ran in my life really so this may sound small to some, but itās HUGE for me! Going to build this into my cardio sessions each week to begin building up!
Looking forward to meeting some new, likeminded people too. Iāve set up a little instagram account, to keep myself accountable more than anything, but also to connect with others who are starting or well into their fitness journey- if anyone wants to connect itās Laurynbaker_fitness Good Luck with the challenge everyone!
Hi Lauryn, great to read about your running goal, 2km is definitely possible in 12 weeks! I started running at 30 years old, having never been able to do more than 30 seconds without doubling over in pain, and did a couch to 5K programme which was really helpful as it started with repetitions of: run 30 seconds, walk 90 seconds, and then gradually increased the running time and reduced the walking time until I was able to do about 35 minutes run (well, jog) in one go. I think this took 12 weeks. I couldnāt believe this was even possible as I was so unfit when I started.
Good luck with your journey, it would be great to see how you get on!
My nameās Dave and Iāve signed up to the intermediate group. Always doing a early gym session as I work at 5am and my day doesnāt stop till about 8pm
I joined the challenge to give me a goal to aim for. Spent a lot of last year in a bit of a slump not having much focus so Iām looking forward to locking into this challenge over the next 12 weeks and knocking some of this weight off to kick start the year.
Hoping to keep up with posting on my Instagram to keep me accountable and see the progress along the way.
Hey am Jen, 42 FT working mum with 2 kids 13 and 1 yrs, husband and a 5yr old Border Collie.

Hi, Iām Kel. Iāve entered into the female beginner category, mainly for weight loss. I am almost 49 years old, struggling with the dreaded perimenopause and figured it was time to do something about it. I used to be fit, now Iām just fluffy
Iām Steve a father of 3, Iāve joined the beginners, signed up to tran4m to make myself accountable. Very easy for me to say Iām not going to the gym, excited to see what 12 weeks will bring
