Hi All,

my name is Toya (beginner level), mum of two and with a sporty/fit husband! I joined this challenge to feel accountable for my journey back to fitness after giving birth 5 months ago. I’m aiming for consistency and doing the right things - because the results will follow!

:flexed_biceps:t2::raising_hands:t2: good luck everyone!

Hi

I’m Jonasz and going for the advanced tier as I have a good few years of training behind.
My goal is to get shredded before I become a dad of 2 in May. Cutting as much body fat as I can in the next 12 weeks, that’s what I’m here for.

Hi all

Im matthew (IG: @matthewoliver2012)

Jumped on this challenge again this year after doing it last year and doing pretty well managed to be in the top 10 and win a place on the photoshoot

Hoping to do better this time around and keep the shape after the challenge completed as kind of let it slip last year

Pretty consistent with the gym but really enjoy food which is my downfall

Looking to improve my shape and improve my running this time aswell

Running is not my favourite :face_vomiting:

Good luck to everyone for the next 12 week

Hello all!

I did the challenge last year and loved it so much, I’m back again!

Finally got my plan yesterday after I guess some technical challenges back at Per4m HQ.

Going to be doing 4 runs and 4 weight sessions per week. Along with 10k steps per day and a heavy calorie deficit.

I’m looking forward to the weekly challenges!

Wish you all the best of luck!

Tom

Hi I’m brad and I joined the intermediate class.

I joined for the challenge and wanting to change my physical appearance and health as I’ve never been able to do this.

I’ve been going to the gym for just under a year now but want to challenge myself to be the best version of myself, and what better way to do this then take on the 12 week programme!

Over the past year the gym has been something that has really helped me mentally and it’s something I look forward to doing.

Looking forward to seeing how everyone gets on!

Hi all, I’m Charlie (IG @chazzaholds7) and I’ve joined the Intermediate class.

I had my ā€œthis has to changeā€ moment on New Years Eve 2024, and since then been on a weight loss journey, ably assisted by my Speed Demon baby daughter in the pram. We’ve been pram running for 10 months now almost every day, which has led to a 30kg weight loss for me over 2025.

I recently got back into the gym and now am starting to realise the importance of protein, lifting etc while also combined with cardio/running/calorie deficits. I’m hoping this challenge will help me on more of a composition journey rather than weight loss now.

Good luck to everyone and hope you get all you want out of this challenge!

Hey all, I’m James and I’ve joined the beginners class.

I’m 34 - Husband and Father of 3 :blue_heart: :pink_heart: :pink_heart: - Working day/night shifts around 50/60 hours a week. Noticed Transform with Per4m and jumped at the opportunity to gain some training and dietary structure, motivation and general tips/advice to improve my overall health and fitness.

100% committed to making a big change and diving straight in seemed like the best way to start. Aiming for consistency throughout the 12 weeks and to grow stronger, mentally and physically.

Finding time to train with a busy work/home life seemed hard. But it was easier to use ā€œToo busyā€ as an excuse than to leave my comfort zone and dedicate time and effort for self improvement. When I realised this I knew I had to change, so here I am!

Good luck to everyone over the next 12 weeks and beyond! :flexed_biceps: :raising_hands:

Hey, I’m Lauryn! 25 years old, completely new to the gym. I’ve joined the women’s beginners category and have to say, 4 days in the achey muscles are REAL haha!

Absolutely loving the workouts so far and if you’ve not tried it, would highly highly recommend the vanilla crĆØme whey- it’s delicious, honestly think I’d rather have it over a milkshake :joy:

I’ve joined the challenge with the aim of losing some weight and to build some sustainable healthy habits. My routine prior to the challenge has had little to no exercise, not much thought about how I’m fuelling my body and a minimal knowledge of where to start.

Only week one but even just the changes to my mood from increasing my steps and moving my body have been amazing- I feel way more productive in work and much less groggy when I wake up. Really looking forward to seeing how I progress over the next 12 weeks, not just on the scales but mentally & fitness wise too!

Would absolutely love to be able to run 2km without stopping over the next 12 weeks as a little personal goal- I’ve never ran in my life really so this may sound small to some, but it’s HUGE for me! Going to build this into my cardio sessions each week to begin building up!

Looking forward to meeting some new, likeminded people too. I’ve set up a little instagram account, to keep myself accountable more than anything, but also to connect with others who are starting or well into their fitness journey- if anyone wants to connect it’s Laurynbaker_fitness :waving_hand: Good Luck with the challenge everyone!

Hi Lauryn, great to read about your running goal, 2km is definitely possible in 12 weeks! I started running at 30 years old, having never been able to do more than 30 seconds without doubling over in pain, and did a couch to 5K programme which was really helpful as it started with repetitions of: run 30 seconds, walk 90 seconds, and then gradually increased the running time and reduced the walking time until I was able to do about 35 minutes run (well, jog) in one go. I think this took 12 weeks. I couldn’t believe this was even possible as I was so unfit when I started.

Good luck with your journey, it would be great to see how you get on!

Hey everyone,

My name’s Dave and I’ve signed up to the intermediate group. Always doing a early gym session as I work at 5am and my day doesn’t stop till about 8pm :joy::sleeping_face:

I joined the challenge to give me a goal to aim for. Spent a lot of last year in a bit of a slump not having much focus so I’m looking forward to locking into this challenge over the next 12 weeks and knocking some of this weight off to kick start the year.

Hoping to keep up with posting on my Instagram to keep me accountable and see the progress along the way.

Good luck over the next 12 weeks :call_me_hand:

Hi, I’m Kel. I’ve entered into the female beginner category, mainly for weight loss. I am almost 49 years old, struggling with the dreaded perimenopause and figured it was time to do something about it. I used to be fit, now I’m just fluffy :joy::face_with_peeking_eye:
