Hi All Intermediates! I weighed myself this morning and I’m down 2.2kg since 31st Jan, really really chuffed with that! 62.3kg down to 60.1kg, but lots of fluctuations in between for cycle etc.

Even though I’m in the ‘muscle building’ plan, I wanted to lose fat as well and I think it’s working. I was worried as the meal plan has got me eating more and the workout plan is less movement compared to what I was doing before, although I’m doing more exercise than the workout plan as I can’t bear the thought of 3 whole rest days in a week! (Plus it only has 2 x 20mins of cardio!!)

I have 3 minor injuries as well (hip, knee, elbow!) so I’m trying to do as much of the workouts as possible without hampering healing time. Again, can’t bear the thought of just resting them so I’m just adapting them to suit.

How is everyone else getting on?

Omg! That’s amazing well done!

I’m the same! I’ve done some more cardio and feeling really good! It’s been great to stick at and the diet is really good! Do we need to adjust the diet at all?

To be honest I’m only loosely following the diet plan, I was already eating porridge and berries for breakfast, with a protein shake, and my dinners are fairly healthy anyway. It was mainly the lunches that changed - before, I would eat a salad or a soup, no real carbs at all, and now I’m eating rice or quinoa with my lunch, plus some more protein (I’m veggie so basically tofu or some kind of meat replacement).

I’m not upping the portions as I want to try and lose fat and build muscle so it’s probably all balancing out. I am feeling pretty good about my body (which I don’t think I’ve ever said before!) so I think it must be working

Just popping on to say I’m loving it so far!! Keep the momentum going ladies!! :flexed_biceps:t3: :fire:
