How to make the most of the next 12 weeks?

HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF TRANS4M WITH PER4M

TRANS4M is designed to give you everything you need, the results come when you lean into it.

Start with the basics.
Follow your workout and meal guides as closely as you can. They’re built specifically for your tier and goal, so trust the process. Consistency will always beat perfection.

Use your coach support.
Your coach is here to guide you through the next 12 weeks with weekly live Q&A sessions and monthly webinars covering training, nutrition, mindset and progress. Ask questions anytime in your tier space, your coach will reply when they’re online during their support window.

Weekly live Q&A times:
Lauren (Beginner Female): Monday, 5pm
Joey (Beginner Male): Friday, 12pm
Lucy (Intermediate Female): Monday, 12pm
Ash (Intermediate Male): Wednesday, 5pm
James (Advanced Male): Monday, 5pm
Bobbie (Advanced Female): Friday, 12pm

Get involved in the community.
Share weekly check-ins, celebrate wins (big or small), and take part in the weekly challenges. This is where accountability is built, and where motivation stays high.

You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to show up, stay consistent, and use the support around you.

You’ve got this - and we’ve got your back. :flexed_biceps:

Will the live Q&A’s be recorded/uploaded anywhere if we can’t join at that time due to work commitments?

Live Q&A sessions will take place in the forum, beneath your coach’s section. You can ask questions whenever, but the team will be online 1 hour a week to get back to you. We will host a monthly webinar, the first dates will be announced shortly. We are hoping these will be recorded, so you can catch back at any time

Love to see you back in the challenge! What’s your main goal for the next 12 weeks?

Amazing, good luck Sam and make sure to utilise this forum as much as possible for check-ins with your coaches, motivation from other participants and chat directly to the Per4m team - we will be hosting weekly challenges for you to win too!:flexed_biceps:

I would love to know more about the tempo and couple oF exercises which I am not sure about. But can’t want to get on this

Your coach will be hosting a webinar next week running through the workout guides, so may be a good time to ask more then! Details will be shared on Monday

Sounds awesome  it’s the nutrition side that I struggle with so any support and guidance on that from anyone would be a huge help. Good luck everyone :flexed_biceps:

Really looking forward to this challenge again this year. Was great fun and a really motivation to be better in all aspects of health and fitness.

Can’t wait to see how everyone gets on and help each other along the way because the community last year was what made it so good and helpful.

Good luck everyone :flexed_biceps:t2:

100% muscle gain and bulking up in general - got hit hard with the flu this December so the strength took a hit, but at least that makes for a better comeback, I guess?!:joy:
