I’m Lauren, and I’ll be your coach for the next 12 weeks.

I’ve been coaching for 7 years and specialise in women’s fat loss and body recomposition, helping women build confidence both in and out of the gym. I’ve worked with thousands of women from all starting points, lifestyles, and experience levels — and if you’re serious about your goals, you’re in the right place.

Inside this section, I’ll support you with:

  • Guidance on training, nutrition and consistency

  • Helping you build habits that last beyond the challenge

If you’d like additional support, I also offer optional 1–1 coaching, including tailored macros, personalised programming, weekly check-ins and WhatsApp support. This is completely optional and can be discussed at any point.

Hi Leanne, I’m confused too. I have been away and only been able to upload my 3 x beginning photos today. I’m sure we will get the hang of it, I went back to the gym a couple of weeks ago, that week I only managed one visit. It nearly killed me but also felt good. I’ve been twice last week and then to a Pilates class as I feel very inflexible :face_with_peeking_eye: aching all over but love the feeling of building a better me x

Hi Lauren are we supposed to submit photos every week, or just week 1 & week 12?

Morning all, I won’t be able to attend the live Q&A today, my mum and dad are finally tying the knot after a 42 year engagement :shaking_face: I’ve not got any questions atm other than like yourselves needing some clarification as to if we take and submit weekly check ins.

Oooh actually one more question, I’m not big on posting on socials does that affect our chances of winning if we’re not documenting our journey there and tagging coaches and per4m

Yes get pics submitted if you haven’t already. The deadline being pushed back confused a lot of people but as long as everything has been submitted today we can get started. Hope you’re excited x

That’s absolutely fine Kel, you will submit pictures at the beginning then again at the end. You can add pics throughout for accountability on here if you’d like. You will be told when to upload your final pics.

Expect all the aches at the beginning haha!! This will get easier, just make sure if you are aching the following day from a workout get moving again. Even if it’s a walk, it will promote blood flow and help with the stiffness.

Thanks Lauren, I came on at 5pm but I couldn’t find the Q&A :thinking:

I’ve started logging my meals and have been back to the gym today too, full body plus a 30 minute yoga class to stretch it all out.

I’m determined to push and push a bit more x
